Then @easyJet have no hotel room vouchers. Half an hour wait and after sending people off on trains to the surrounds they put some of us in @SofitelLondonGA who refuse to operate room service for the arrivals. Plumbing new depths of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Shockingly bad performance by @easyJet this evening at Gatwick. Flight cancelled after waiting for hours sitting on the plane and now 5 hours after the planned departure time we still have no bags as we all wait in the hall for them to be returned.
