100 Best Australian Wines Roadshow Events Update

Many of my wine trade colleagues already know that I cancelled four events in China, which I was supposed to host last week in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taipei and Hong Kong, some two months ago.  It is soul-destroying to think that a year’s worth of planning and expenditure has all been in vain, but I will plan new events when the time is right and do my best to support those Aussie wineries who have put their faith in me.  So far, in the UK, I have not postponed any events or tastings but as the COVID-19 outbreak continues to gather pace I now have to make a few decisions regarding the remaining UK 100 Best Roadshow tastings.  I have spoken to Matt Barnes at Gorey Wine Cellars,  Matt Parkinson at Hennings and John Hoskins MW at The Old Bridge and we have all agreed to postpone these remaining events and then let everyone know the new dates as soon as we have them.

So, I am sorry to report that the following events are affected but we will bounce back as soon as it is safe and prudent to do so –

19th March 2020 – Gorey Wine Cellars, Jersey – POSTPONED UNTIL 8TH OCTOBER

20th March 2020 – Hennings Wine, Pulborough – POSTPONED

26th April 2020 – The Old Bridge, Huntingdon – POSTPONED
